Set just behind Lambside House, is our new shared Games Room. We have converted one of our barns in the courtyard, to offer a space for all our guests to enjoy. Challenge friends and family to a match on the table football or a game of darts, gather for an exciting round of table tennis! Plus a selection of games and toys for children – ensuring entertainment for the whole family!

Doubles, singles or quadruples, no we’re not talking about drinks, we’re talking about tennis! This year we’re offering the opportunity to use Carswell Farm’s hardcore tennis court (pre-book) – for guests wanting to stay active this summer, why not get in touch and book!

*Please bring your own tennis rackets and balls, pre-bookable only for one hour at a time. The tennis courts are within the grounds of the owners house, therefore no dogs allowed.

Amenities:
As well as a woodburner in one of the lounges, Lambside House is centrally heated and has all the standard facilities that we offer. There is superfast fibre broadband provided free of charge.
Hotel quality white bed linen and big fluffy towels are all provided, as well as tea-towels, bath mats and environmentally friendly cleaning materials. We put delicious local organic milk in the fridge for your arrival – with our compliments, along with enough recycled paper toilet rolls, Fair Trade tea, coffee, sugar to get you started!

Meal hampers: 
We offer a number of hampers which can be pre-ordered and placed in Lambside House ready for your arrival, so you don’t have to worry about cooking for the first 24 hours. Check out what food hampers are available.

Events: 
Throughout the year we offer a unique collection of workshops such as foraging and safari tours, here at Carswell Farm. It’s a great way to experience something new, in the great outdoors.
