Camp Sorbet
Stylish Glamping Experience For Families & Groups
- Sleeps up to 6
- 3 Bedrooms
- 1 Bathroom
- No dogs
Camp Sorbet is a collection of classic Eriba caravans, occupying a spectacular clifftop field with panoramic views over the South Devon coastline.
Offering a luxury glamping experience for up to six people, the camp boasts sea views stretching from Bigbury Bay in the east towards Rame Head in the west.
The camp is only available for hire by one group, promising seclusion and privacy with the Carswell cows as the only neighbours. Guests can enjoy the peaceful setting surrounded by rolling South Devon farmland, as well as the easy access to the South West Coast Path (just 300m away) and a locals beach within walking distance.
The three Eriba caravans accommodate up to six people. Two offer super king size beds, while the third has a shorter double bed which is perfect for children.
For parties that don’t require all caravans for sleeping, the remaining Eriba can be used for relaxing/dining with a table and comfy seating area in place of the bed.
Each caravan has simple tea and coffee making facilities, while a shared wooden ‘den’ houses the kitchen and indoor dining area. Bathroom facilities include an open air bathroom with a roll top bath and shower, and a separate compost toilet.
The outdoor seating area offers a space for guests to relax and dine, with an awning providing shade plus a barbeque and fire pit. A spacious flat grass area stretches away towards the coast, perfect for games and family fun within sight of the caravans.

Great location right on the cliff top. Very clean and well set up and loved the privacy of it.
peaceful place to stay with so much space to run around, fly kites and play Frisbee. the swallow nest with two babies who fledged while we were there was the highlight, and the open air shower and bath was also a winner. thankyou for sharing the quirky caravans with us.
